The Family Crest Catering, Inc. requires a deposit to reserve your reception date and begin preparation of your contract. Your deposit is non-refundable unless your event is rescheduled within one year. There may be additional deposits required by our rental equipment supplier to assure availability.

Your final count and the balance of your choice are due 5 days prior to your event, however we can accept increases to your count until 72 hours prior to our arrival at the event location. If Family Crest is providing a beverage consignment package or there are increase in your final count, they are to be paid in full on the day following your event.
